Revitalization of the brand

and creation of communication strategy

Client

Comprimato is a software company that was founded in 2013 as a university project of Jiří Matela, a student of the informatics at Masaryk University. The main product is a codec that uses the power of the graphics card for the compression and decompression of big amount of data in real time while maintaining its quality.

The primary aim was to explain what the Comprimato codec is and how it works, and also to highlight a new start-up that is innovative, playful, and original. Two years later, the company decided to proceed with rebranding and with it also came a requirement to create a new corporate identity and a brand new website that would satisfy even the most demanding technical criteria (e.g. Performance Calculator, etc.). The collaboration on the new visual identity began in the summer of 2015 and it was completed in March 2016 by launching a new website.
